No, you can choose to take a placement test, in which you receive individualized attention to determine which part of the course is most interesting for you to begin with. If you need to review, you can get ahead in the course and use the initial material to review.

Fluency is communicating without breaks or interruptions, in a satisfactory manner. That is, speaking, reading, writing, and listening quickly and competently, resolving any problems you may have in your own language without resorting to another.

Yes, each course created by UPTIME has its established syllabus and a well-defined schedule to follow. The College course, for example, our main course, takes the student from zero to fluency in 12 months. If the student chooses to continue studying, we have courses for maintaining practice, deepening knowledge, preparing for certifications, and various other objectives and target audiences. All are very well structured from the beginning.

The increasing use of cell phones, computers, and tablets in daily life has led UPTIME to adapt to this reality and reach an even larger new generation of students. UPTIME always seeks to innovate and has developed applications that combine printed study materials with online exercises, games, videos, and virtual and augmented reality activities. That's why we call our teaching HYBRID.

MyUPTIME Online is the platform used by UPTIME students for various activities and interaction with the school. It can be used both on the website and in the app, is easy to use and very accessible. It has features that vary according to the student's course and may include an exclusive podcast, web classes, extra exercises, and even allows the student to schedule their next class themselves.

AVR+ UPTIME was developed to bring more interaction between the content and the students in the network. Through practices in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality, the student will deal with everyday situations and questions that further strengthen their studies.

Virtual Reality (VR) is a technology that allows users to immerse themselves, through the use of a smartphone and VR glasses, in a fictional universe where the viewer is part of simulations with another reality, in real time.

Augmented Reality (AR) is a technology that combines objects from the virtual world with those from the real world. Thus, digital and concrete realities coexist, generating greater interaction between the individual and a universe that is physically beyond their reach. The smartphone camera, using compatible software, must be pointed at an object with a code, called a reference mark, and the interaction generates a virtual object.

At UPTIME, the investment varies according to the course and the goals of each student. More than just a price, you get an individualized course that guarantees real results and the best cost-benefit ratio on the market for your learning journey.

Yes, at the end of the courses you receive a certificate that proves what you have studied, including, if necessary, the level achieved (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) and the number of hours of study.

This is a common and sincere question from many students who have come to UPTIME and can now attest that yes, it is perfectly possible to learn English in 12 months at UPTIME starting from scratch. We have a differentiated methodology, applying what is called... Flipped Classroom (The flipped classroom), which proposes a daily study method for the student that culminates in class. In other words: contact with the language is daily, study is intensive, and results are inevitable.

If something happens that prevents you from completing the course in 12 months, it's possible to extend it or even create a new contract that allows you to finish. Just contact our team as soon as possible and we'll get everything arranged.
