The UPTIME unit where you enrolled has a trained team ready to answer any questions. Contact reception by phone or WhatsApp.
Daily preparation, lasting 30 minutes, should be done by the student at the most convenient time. Creating a study routine is important, as it facilitates achieving the desired result. Regarding the classes, which are live, face-to-face, access will be at a fixed time, pre-determined with the student at the time of contracting the service and, if necessary, after subsequent leveling. The schedules of these classes may be changed according to demand or the need for regrouping in cases of failing a stage. In this case, the student will be contacted in advance so that the situation can be resolved.
As per the UPTIME Day by Day methodology, presented at the time of enrollment, the student must dedicate 30 minutes per day to preparing for classes. This study time should be defined by the student based on their routine, and discipline is desirable. For classes, 60 minutes should be reserved on the days and times previously agreed upon with the UPTIME unit.
All classes will be held in real time only, with the teacher present on video, on the days and times previously agreed upon with the UPTIME unit.
Assessments are conducted every four chapters on the exclusive My UPTIME Online platform. For each stage, which has 12 chapters, there are three assessments. If a student scores below average on the first two assessments, they will complete supplementary activities assigned by the instructor. If a student fails the final stage assessment, they will be re-leveled and placed in another, more convenient class to review the material.
The course is spread over 18 months. If the student needs an extension, this possibility must be discussed with the contracted UPTIME unit and may incur costs.
Access to the My UPTIME Online platform ends upon completion of the course and/or the expiration of the contract. All available activities have been completed and the student has reached the end of the course content.
UPTIME students, in any course, are always placed in a level. In NETWORK, this happens at the beginning of the course, during the introductory activities. The student can be placed between Chapter 1 and Chapter 17. If there are not enough students to form a class, the student will be placed in a class that is as close as possible to the point where they should start (e.g., the student is placed in Chapter 9, but the closest ongoing class is in Chapter 6. The student will be directed to the Chapter 6 class).
Students who have reached the required level will have supplementary activities at the end of Level 3, aimed at providing more practice, which further develops their oral communication skills, until they complete the contracted 18 months.
The student should continue their daily study as normal. If they miss lesson A of the week, the content will be covered in lesson B, during the exercise correction, and reviewed in the lessons called Chapter Review. If they miss lesson B, the student can access the answer key for the exercises through the My UPTIME Online platform.
Classes for the NETWORK course are not rescheduled; students are committed to attending all classes. In the event of technical problems on the part of the teaching staff, students will be notified of the date and time for rescheduling.
In the assessments, the student receives a grade out of 10 for the written part, and the oral part is evaluated with a concept. A student passes if they achieve a grade of 7.5 or higher on the written part in the final assessments of each Level, with a concept of GOOD, VERY GOOD, or EXCELLENT on the oral part, and a minimum attendance of 75% throughout the course.
All UPTIME NETWORK students who complete the course will receive a digital certificate of completion that can be archived or printed if needed.
